In addition to furniture, MIPA manufactures wooden houses, pergolas, gazebos, sheds and other wooden structures.
The establishment shown in the photos has dimensions of 24 m by 14 m and a height of 4.7 m, an area of 330 m2, made of impregnated coniferous material, which will have a durability between 20 and 30 years, exposed to weathering. In case of additional protection, this period may be extended repeatedly.
All supporting columns are every 4 m, and its height (4.7 m) allows the construction of a second floor.
Apart from being a restaurant, the building can also be used as a shop, gym, hotel, house or several wooden houses.
